King Fahad National Library participated at the 43rd Kuwait International Book Fair, which inaugurated by the Minister of Information , Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammed Al-Jabri on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, . It sponsored by the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and it is called, as “Jerusalem is the eternal capital city of Palestine”.

     The Kuwait International Book Fair is an important cultural phenomenon in the Arab world, which was the second oldest Arab book fairs after the Cairo International Book Fair. In this year, more than 505 publishers from 26 either Arab or foreign countries participate in the exhibition, which emphasizes the high value of exhibition's publications and ensures cultural diversity.

           The Library's pavilion presents the recent and most important books in various topics related to library and information sciences. In addition, it contain several documents focused on the history of Saudi Arabia and its culture.  Besides that, many details about the role of National Library and its activities have been involved to the visitors.

          In the same time, King Fahd National Library concluded its participation in the 36th Sharjah International Book Fair, from November 1 to 11, 2018.
