Open Data Users:

The King Fahad National Library allows the portal's users to view the open data. They are also entitled to use such data at

their personal liability, as this right is available for all beneficiaries and free of charge.

Data Users' Liability:

The open data user is responsible for reuse of the data in the library's portal. While such reuse of data must not result in 

any errors respecting the content of data, as well as its source and date.

The Library's Liability:

The King Fahad National Library is not responsible for any damage or misuse that entities may be exposed to due to the use

of the data published on the Library's portal. In addition, it does not guarantee that such data, or part of it, will be constantly 

available. It also does not bear any liability towards the users of such data, or otherwise any damage or loss they may suffer 

due to the re-use of it.

Terms of Reuse:

The user must not distort these data or its source.

These data must not be used for political purposes or to support illegitimate or criminal activity, or in racial or discriminatory

comments, or agitation or adverse effect in culture, equality, instigation, or any illegal or contrary to the traditions and customs

of the Kingdom.

Upon using these data, reference shall be made to its source (i.e., the portal of King Fahad National Library).

Reference shall be made to the source of information that is reused by including the link for the portal of King Fahad National

Library, in order to maintain the intellectual property of data, as well as its credibility and validity of its source.
